Job Description:
  • Prospecting for potential new clients in Enterprise Accounts in respective regions and should have passion for selling Cloud Services and Cloud Solutions.
  • Expected to build strong relationships with Decision Makers/ CXO/ Senior Management of Enterprise Accounts.

  • Making calls/visiting customers within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust funnel for opportunities for ESDS Cloud Service Business and ESDS Products.

  • Identify and prospect potential clients in Enterprise Accounts and manage relationship in order to generate business for ESDS.

  • Identify Key decision makers, IT Consultants, CIO, CTO, CISO, IT Head within the Enterprise Accounts or organizations and build strong relationship in order to get first right of refusal for ESDS Line of Business opportunity.

  • Ensuring to meet an Individual Quarterly and Annual Sales targets for each line of business of ESDS from Enterprise Accounts.

  • Actively participate in discussing, probing and evaluating Technical needs with Prospective Enterprise customer in need of Cloud Services or Cloud solutions and work upon preparation and submitting Technical proposal with the help of Solution Architects and do sales negotiation with the customer and close the order.

  • Manage and review Technical Solution, Contract documentation & Payment terms.

  • Should be a Customers Advocate and support the Enterprise customer throughout their Journey with ESDS. Should believe in building lifetime customer relationship with the customers.

  • Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators in Prospects in Enterprise Accounts/ Clients.

  • Follow account management process and  regularly  follow up with customer for newer and newer solution and cloud services selling opportunities. Close deals to meet the sales targets w.r.t various lines of business of ESDS.



Desired Skills & Experience:
  • Must have been working in the respective regions since last 2-4 years and handling Enterprise Accounts.

  • Must have strong  relationship wth the CIO’s, CTO’s, CISO’s, IT-Heads of Enterprises in the region.

  • Excellent communication, listening skills & ability to present Solutions to Senior Management /CXOs of Enterprise Accounts customers.

  • Good sales and negotiation skills, Must have done Account planning.

  • Strong Technical skills and understanding of new generation Technologies and Cloud business.

  • Must have selling experience in IT /DC Services/Cloud Services/Cloud Solutions/Networking Products/Network Security Products/Managed Services/Remote Infra Management Services in Enterprise Vertical in Top/Large Enterprise Accounts in the respective region.

  • Excellent communication, listening skills & ability to present Solutions to Senior Management /CXOs of Enterprise Accounts customers.


    Expected to know the various initiatives /Trends in use of Cloud Services / IT /Managed services/DC services /Security /IT software and hardware/Projects in Enterprise accounts. Must possess Technical skills for identifying Customer Needs and Challenges and must have worked with OEMs/Vendors/Partners/ IT Consultants in Enterprise Accounts.
