Job Description:

  1. Responsible for managing and coordinating the NOC team.
  2. Ensure that the networking system runs efficiently without interruption.
  3. Primarily deal with users, customers, vendors, engineers and the whole technical team.
  4. Oversee the work of junior employees to ensure that system requirements have been properly implemented and procedures carefully followed.
  5. Keep upper management informed about what is happening in the organization concerning networking.
  6. Responsible for informing Management, partners, and peers about network performance and service availability.
  7. Should plan long - term goal for network improvements.
  8. Should understand the latest technology in market/competitors and plan, implement in ESDS when ever require.
  9. Leading team for Cloud network architecture planning, commissioning, and operations.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Require deep Networking knowledge.
  • Knowledge of networking protocol like BGP, OSPF, VXLAN, NvGRE, MPLS VRF, VPN, and L2 protocols.
  • Knowledge of SDN like Neutron and NFV.
  • Knowledge of multi - datacenter networking architecture.
  • Knowledge of virtual switches and virtual routers in systems.
  • Good hands on Linux system.
  • Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
